This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the individual ("Passenger" or "You") and NG Eagle Airlines ("Next Generation Eagle" or "Airline"). By booking a flight or using NG Eagle's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservations:

1.1. Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are subject to availability and NG Eagle's fare rules. NG Eagle reserves the right to change fares, flight schedules, and other booking details without notice.

1.2. Personal Information: Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information during the booking process. NG Eagle will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect information.

2. Flight Operations:

2.1. Flight Schedule: NG Eagle strives to adhere to published schedules, but flight times are subject to change due to various factors. NG Eagle will make reasonable efforts to inform passengers of any schedule changes.

2.2. Boarding: Passengers must check in at least 40 minutes prior to departure. NG Eagle may deny boarding to passengers who arrive late or fail to comply with security and immigration requirements.

3. Baggage:

3.1. Baggage Allowance: NG Eagle's baggage policy is outlined on its official website. Passengers are responsible for adhering to weight and size restrictions.

3.2. Lost or Damaged Baggage: NG Eagle is not liable for damage to or loss of unchecked baggage. Passengers must report any issues immediately upon discovering them.

4. Changes and Cancellations:

4.1. Flight Changes: Passengers may change flight dates and times subject to NG Eagle's change policy. Fees and restrictions may apply.

4.2. Cancellations: NG Eagle's cancellation policy is outlined on its official website. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to NG Eagle's refund policy.

5. Passenger Conduct:

5.1. Behavior: Passengers must conduct themselves appropriately during all phases of travel. NG Eagle reserves the right to refuse transportation or remove passengers who engage in disruptive or unruly behavior.

5.2. Security: Passengers must comply with security measures and screening processes implemented by NG Eagle and relevant authorities.

6. Liability:

6.1. Limitation of Liability: NG Eagle's liability for any damages, losses, or delays is limited as outlined in its conditions of carriage. NG Eagle is not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.

6.2. Force Majeure: NG Eagle is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, and government actions.

7. General Provisions:

7.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

7.2. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7.3. Amendments: NG Eagle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Passengers are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

By booking a flight with NG Eagle Airlines, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied boarding or other consequences as determined by NG Eagle.
